Already acting in 4 industries - Healthcare, Wholesale, Retail and Tourism - DL Software will now also address the Real estate market thanks to the acquisition of Egide Informatique and its subsidiary Vestalink, publishers specialized in this sector.
Founded in 1986, Egide designs and sells vertical software for all types of real estate professionals (property managers, asset managers, Institutionals, real estate companies, etc.) for commercial, residential and social housing players.
Thanks to its modular solutions, and its dedicated real estate ERP named Even, Egide Informatique addresses many major players in the sector. Publisher and also integrator of its solutions, Egide Informatique also offers a range of services to support its customers in their digital transformation.
The company experiences strong growth and reached €m 7 sales in fiscal year 2018, with a majority of recurring revenue. It employs 60 professionals based in Montreuil (Paris area).
"I am delighted to have found a partner sensitive to the values of transmission, with proven experience in the publishing environment, and which has demonstrated its ability to accelerate Egide’s growth while maintaining its identity. I have prepared this step for 2 years by handing over operational activities to Yves Sanchez, on whom DL Software will now rely to ensure Egide’s general management in my place." says Soly Savdié.
"The DL Software Group has always displayed its ambition to expand towards new industries. Having strengthened our four existing markets in the recent years, we are delighted to enter the buoyant real estate market, particularly through a dynamic and promising player such as Egide. We have completed 16 successful acquisitions in total, including 4 since 2017 with the support of 21 Invest France, and will be keen to grow this new vertical” adds Jacques Ollivier, CEO of DL Software.
